Bianca Balan is a Romanian-born character artist currently based in Louth, UK.

After a childhood spent in MSPaint and in her sketchbooks, Bianca carried on to pursue art as a career and achieved First Class Honours in Digital Design and Animation at the University of Greenwich, London.

During this time she honed her skills by working as a freelancer, with projects in concept artistry, creature and character design, as well as various other graphic design and illustrative work.

She currently works as Game Artist for Single Effect Studios (CO), of which she is a founding member.

Her main passions are storytelling and world-building, camping, rollerskating, cooking and coming up with humorous names for her multitude of plants.

Prices may vary depending on: complexity, number of subjects, requested speed of delivery and number of revisions.

Favoured themes will receive a discount: dungeons&dragons, backstories or designs that captivate me, cats, plants, rollerskates, colourful and quirky fashion or props.

For any purchased work you are entitled to three free revisions (minor changes or additions designed to improve the image). For additional revisions check the price list above.

In order to book any commission a deposit of 50% of the agreed price is needed. If at any point before the final sketch you decide you want to cancel the commission you can request this deposit back. However, once the final sketch is agreed on and the rendering process begins this deposit becomes non-refundable. All payments must be made through PayPal in GBP or USD.
